Candidate Terms of Service

These terms apply when you create a candidate account on Qada Jobs, run by Qada. By creating an account, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
What Qada Jobs is
A recruitment portal where you can browse curated roles, apply, and track your applications. Roles are reviewed before they go live, but we don't guarantee the accuracy of every detail an employer provides, and we're not a party to any employment contract that results from an application.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for the accuracy of the information in your profile. Don't create an account using someone else's details.
Applying to roles
When you apply, your profile and CV are shared with the employer for that role. You can withdraw an application at any time from your dashboard. We don't charge candidates to use the service.
How your data is used
Covered in full in our Privacy Policy and Data & Retention pages. In short: to run the service, and — only if you've opted in — to tell you about other Qada services.
No guarantee of outcome
We do our best to surface good-fit roles and give applications a fair, personal review, but we can't guarantee you'll be shortlisted, interviewed, or hired for any role you apply to.
Acceptable use
Don't submit false information, impersonate someone else, or use the platform to scrape, spam, or otherwise misuse it. We can suspend or remove accounts that do.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service develops — we'll update the date above when we do. Continuing to use the platform after a change means you accept the update.
