Employer Terms of Service
Last updated: 8 September 2026
These terms apply when you create an employer account or post a role on Qada Jobs, run by Qada. By creating an account, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Posting a role
Every role you submit is reviewed before it goes live — this is both a quality check and, currently, our billing checkpoint (see Payment, below). We can decline to publish a posting, or remove one already live, at our discretion — for example if it's misleading, discriminatory, or doesn't belong on a telecom/ carrier-wholesale-focused board.
Accuracy
You're responsible for the accuracy of everything in your job posting and company profile — title, package, location, description, and so on. Don't post a role that doesn't actually exist or materially misrepresents the opportunity.
Payment
Online payment isn't live yet. Until it is, every posting is invoiced manually and payable by bank transfer before or shortly after a role goes live — Jason will confirm pricing and payment details directly with you. Once card payments are available, these terms will be updated and you'll be notified before any change to how you're billed.
Candidate data
When a candidate applies to your role, you get access to their profile, CV, and application details — for the sole purpose of evaluating them for that role (and other roles you post, if they'd be a fit). You must not use candidate data for any other purpose, store it longer than necessary, or share it outside your organisation without a legitimate reason. You're responsible for your own compliance with applicable data protection law when handling candidate data you receive through the platform.
No guarantee of outcome
We don't guarantee a minimum number of applicants, or that any applicant will be a fit for your role.
Acceptable use
Don't post fraudulent, discriminatory, or misleading roles, and don't use the platform to collect candidate data for purposes unrelated to genuine hiring. We can suspend or remove accounts that do.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service develops, including as payment moves from manual invoicing to an automated system — we'll update the date above when we do.
